**ANALISTA DE HSE JR**

**MISSÃO**
- Supervisionar as atividades ligadas ao HSE, visando assegurar condições que eliminem ou reduzam ao mínimo os riscos de ocorrência, observando o cumprimento de toda a legislação pertinente.**ÁREAS DE RESPONSABILIDADE**

**SAÚDE, SEGURANÇA E MEIO AMBIENTE**
- Respeita os padrões de Segurança e instruções de trabalho
- Tem conhecimento dos riscos relativos ao seu posto de trabalho
- Atua de forma proativa para a melhoria da segurança no seu local de trabalho.

**EXECUÇÃO DO TRABALHO**
- Inspeciona locais, instalações e equipamentos, levanta e determina fatores de risco, propõe medidas corretivas e sugere modificações nos locais, a fim de eliminar e/ou atenuar os riscos de acidentes e a presença de elementos nocivos a saúde, bem como proporcionar melhorias nas condições ambientais.
- Analisa acidentes, demonstrando as causas e registrando as ocorrências, com a finalidade de evitar a reincidência. Controla estatisticamente e obtém subsídio para a melhoria das medidas de segurança.
- Realiza treinamento de prevenção de acidentes, combate a incêndios, primeiros socorros, instrui e orientar os colaboradores sobre as normas de segurança, e o uso correto dos equipamentos de proteção individual e utilização de materiais inflamáveis, de acordo com as normas internas e exigências legais.
- Elabora e atualiza normas, instruções e manuais educativos, bem como avisos e cartazes, para fins de treinamento, divulgação e desenvolvimento de hábitos de prevenção de acidentes.
- Organiza e coordena a Brigada de Incêndio, CIPA e SIPAT, e outros eventos relacionados com a segurança do trabalho na Empresa.
- Determina a utilização pelo trabalhador dos equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI), bem como indica e inspeciona equipamentos de proteção contra incêndio, quando as condições assim o exigirem, visando à redução dos riscos à segurança e integridade física do trabalhador.

**MONITORAMENTO DO DESEMPENHO**
- Assegura o uso regular e de maneira correta dos EPIs por todos os funcionários
- Segue os controles regulamentares das instalações (medição do nível de ruído, análise de qualidade do ar,...)
- Redução do numero de acidentes e atos inseguros

**MELHORIA CONTINUA**
- Oferece seus conhecimentos técnicos às gerencias responsáveis
- Recomenda melhoramentos continuamente
- Participa de grupos de melhorias
- Aplica métodos de melhoria contínua como PCA, QHSE, 5S, PDCA;

**APLICAÇÃO DE NORMAS/PADRÃO**
- Respeita os padrões de serviço de manutenção/produção
- Alerta mau funcionamento e riscos
- Avalia o grau ou a criticidade das divergências do padrão
