ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS:

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or comparable work experience
- 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js, React, SQL, and TypeScript
- 3+ years of experience with a leading cloud platform such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- 1+ years of experience managing a software team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification would be an advantage

**What you’ll be working on**:
**Opportunity for Contract to Hire for the right applicant.**

You will be the project manager for one of the three software teams. You will directly supervise two developers and be responsible for one of our client company’s most essential product offerings. The current development team for this project is split between India and USA, while our client company’s corporate offices are based out of Hartford, CT (USA). This role will also occasionally interact with the other software teams to standardize development practices across the department. As the leader of this small team, this role offers a lot of flexibility as well as ability to add significant contributions to their software and future iterations of the product.
