Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative E-commerce Marketing Specialist with strong graphic design experience to join our team. As our E-commerce Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing banners for our website, managing newsletters, updating product descriptions, specifications, images, and names. Proficiency in Photoshop is a must. You must ensurethey meet our high standards of quality and visual appeal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create banners, graphics, and promotional materials for our e-commerce websites to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Utilize Photoshop and other graphic design tools to edit and enhance product images, ensuring they are optimized for web use and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Update product listings on the website with accurate descriptions, specifications, images, and names, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall online shopping experience.
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce, graphic design, and digital marketing to continuously improve our online presence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working in e-commerce marketing, with a strong emphasis on graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design softwares is a MUST.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with HTML/CSS and web development.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies.
- Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.

**Salary**: R$1,480.00 - R$2,961.00 per month
