**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
The internship in the Business Services - Finance area provides a learning opportunity in a high growth geography, responsible for supporting Brazil (São Paulo and Rio) local-office financial operations including planning, analysis and administration for case/client management. Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, the Finance intern will work in close collaboration with the Finance team members, interact with Staffing, Legal and other BST areas as well as with the Consulting team members supporting with daily demands to the Finance area.

**Financial Planning and Analysis**
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing the strategic and financial plans in accordance with global and regional guidelines.
- Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, provide timely and meaningful reporting on performance metrics related to different internal processes and targets.

**Client Service and Support**
- Support Finance Commercial Team with Procurement portals registration and updates related to Requests for Information/Interest, Requests for Quotation and general Company information updates;
- Support Finance Commercial Team with weekly Timesheet auditing and time transfers via BCG Accounting and Reporting platforms, interacting with Staffing and International teams as required;
- Support Finance team in performing client project cost budgetary control and analysis, including evaluation of case economics, development/tracking of budgets, support in the management of accounts receivable, collections and absorptions to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Proactively highlight variances between Staffing (backlog weekly report) and weekly revenue including explanations for any unusual changes in billability. This requires teaming closely with Staffing.
- Support with reporting to track client investments ensuring follow through with decisions taken; proactively raising variances and suggesting route causes;
- Support Commercial team with requests and creation of case codes via BCG Digital Platforms interacting with Global BU Set up teams as required;
- Update Time & Billing (Oracle system) with employee related data and required reporting

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Strong communication skills (fluent in Portuguese and English in written and oral form) communicating effectively with all levels of the organization
- Service-oriented, responsive, collaborative and keen to learn in a fast changing and dynamic environment
- Intermediate to expert level in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a non-hierarchical environment, able to build credibility and influence others without authority
- Flexible, strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High standard of quality work including accuracy and timeliness
- High degree of integrity, a positive attitude, and an ability to maintain absolute confidentiality

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
Undergraduate in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics
