The position
By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with research and development activities within the subsurface and geosciences, focused on carbonate reservoir characterization, uncertainty analysis and interfaces/integration with other disciplines.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge knowledge, technologies, and digital solutions.
- Follow up activities with internal and external partners, universities, technology centres and local companies that help deliver on Equinor´s mission to transform through technology.
- Follow-up development and qualification projects and activities within geology, cooperating with domain specialists and leading advisors in Brazil and Norway.
- Secure development in accordance with relevant requirements and standards, collaborating with the full value chain to understand business needs and opportunities.
- Promote technology in Brazilian operational units and support the full Equinor portfolio, with a focus on early phase development projects.
You

- A masters or PhD degree in Geology, Geophysics, Oceanography or equivalent, with relevant experience of technology, research and/or project development or broad industry exposure and network.
- Good communication and language skills, with strong working proficiencyof English and Portuguese.
- Structured, systematic and result-oriented professional.Digital and Programming skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge/experience of the ANP-regulation for Research and Development is a benefit.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong cooperation skills, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
