**As a People Manager you will**:

- Manage and implement operationally the People and Culture team, with alignment and execution of strategic guidelines, ensuring consistency with the policies already established along with the business plan;
- Implement the strategies for People and Culture ensuring coherence with the business plan;
- Act as a conflict mediator always maintaining confidentiality and seeking to unite, as much as possible, the conflicting parties in win-win solutions;
- Together with the T&A Coordinator monitor the recruitment and selection process and the hiring priorities;
- Ensure that all Kokku employees are aware of current policies and attest that they have read, written, and will comply with the policies and internal work regulations;
- Ensure that all new hires receive onboarding and offboarding appropriately;
- Ensure that all information regarding personnel files are complete with all pertinent information as required by the current CLT;
- Align the strategy of the People and Culture department with the reality reflected in the growth plans, current and new studio job descriptions;
- Periodic review and adjustment of all job descriptions;
- Ensure that the organizational chart is updated according to the movement of personnel (entries and exits), always reflecting the present reality;
- Prepare monthly People Analytics reports;
- Attend and clarify to the internal community about processes and benefits of the Department of People and Culture;
- Participate in meetings and events that share information about the implementation of strategic planning and expansion of other units;
- Payroll monitoring as well as follow up on changes in positions and salaries, and contractual changes and renewals;
- Responsible for People Analytics data collection;
- Support in Risk analysis, as well as the execution of mitigation of identified risks;
- Ensure compliance with CLT and constant preventive work based on risk auditing for the People and Culture area;
- Send the report with the classification of all evaluated (exceptional performance and performance below expectations) for proper treatment;
- Support our Head of People by collecting information in the implementation of workforce planning;
- Ensure that the salary levels are updated with the salary scales in effect;
- Ensure the legal routines of organizational health PPRA and PCMSO;
- Follow-up of employees on medical leave, on sickness assistance at the INSS;
- Reviewing employment contracts based on CLT;
- Responsible for the consolidated report of training activities performed as well as reporting those who did not participate in training and qualification.

**We expect you to have**:

- Education in Business Administration, Psychology or People Management;
- Proven knowledge in Organizational Behavior and Development;
- Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel;
- Solid knowledge of Labor Legislation CLT;
- Proven professional experience in a similar position;
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position;
- Fluent English and Spanish.
