**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide administrative support to the work performed by Legal Counsels**:

- **Prepare simple legal documents, format documents**:

- **Prepare reports and summaries**:

- **Track, file and maintain legal documents**:

- **Track expiry of legal documents**:

- **Handle external law firms invoices and internal payment procedure**:

- **Track relevant legal information in spreadsheets and database**

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**

**Desirable**
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Fluency in Spanish
- Law Degree
