**What do you need to succeed?**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in MERN stack.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of database design and management (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
