**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and make informed decisions.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
