**This is an onsite role based in Louveira, SP. In our Distribution Center.**

Responsible for overseeing transportation procedures and cargo movement, plans and execute tactical actions to reduce operational errors, analyzes freight and transportation performance, evaluates demand, and assesses carrier performance.

**What will you do?**
- Support the management of cargo transportation with partner carriers.
- Develop and identify performance indicators for the specific logistic network.
- Create predictive metrics to assist in generating business result.
- Assist in creating operational dashboards.
- Identify critical activities and help standardize process.
- Develop routines for mapped action plans and cause-and-effect problem resolution.
- Implement pricing strategies and negotiate freight rates for short, medium, and long terms.
- Freight rate analysis.
- Carrier selection/ evaluation/ haring.
- Analyze discrepancies between freight provisions and carrier documents.

- Degree in Administration, Engineering or Logistic
- Experience in the logistic and transportation field.
- Experience in TMF
- Fluent in Portuguese and advanced English required.
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to travel to the Distribution Center once a week.
