Your Role**:As Customer Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for several operational and administration tasks related to airfreight shipments. You make sure that all the data is inserted in our system in a correct and timely fashion and the shipment's milestones are happening as expected, taking actions to provide visibility of the status and anticipating information to the CCL and customer, thus guaranteeing no delays due to missing or incorrect information. You are responsible to coordinate and collaborate with colleagues at the airport and CCL resolving internal issues when they might occur. Finally, you take final responsibility for the correct delivery of all necessary paperwork in line with the current KN operational and legal standards. Also, the accomplishment of all operational KPIs are under your responsibilities.**
Your Responsibilities**:
- You make sure that all necessary information to start the shipment is received from CCL at the moment of every shipment.
- You should receive, analyze and interpret customer's requirements and look for the best operational options to meet their needs. If any risk to the customer promise is identified, you must advise CCL immediately.
- You handle Import or export tasks within our operational system such opening / file preparation including gathering, controlling and inputting data.
- You prepare and follow up on the necessary documents for your shipments and upload them into AirLOG whenever it’s necessary
- You have to process all Bookings and interact with the airlines, receive the proposed flight details, transmit to CCL, and confirm or request for more options whenever it’s needed.
- You manage the verification of Credit checks with the CO release team, keeping CCL informed about deviations of credit limits increase or outstanding invoices treatment.
- You are responsible for the management of the original documents to be printed at the airport.
- You assign security statuses within the system.
- You take the lead in DG approvals, which include verify the documents' correctness, and interact with other teams to ensure a smooth DG operation.
- Coordinate activities together with the warehouse and trucking companies (delivery, pickup and shipment's receipt and departures from warehouse). Also, the correct documentation flow following warehouse processes and all system status requirements (status 0500/1000/2300, 3000)
- Depending on the team you are assigned to, you hold special knowledge on special products such as Aviation, Perishables, Pharmaceutical products and other.
- Customs process management whenever is KN is under your responsibility. You need to ensure a correct flow of all necessary actions among areas, government and customer. You should be in contact with the customs department for requesting of the Customs Declaration (DUE)
- You have to ensure the accomplishment of all system status in AirLOG from the start to the end of each shipment, including departure (status 1300). Routemap planning and update is 100% your responsibility.
- Depending on the use of a Gateway or not, you are in charge of the flight and transport planning incl. allocations and flight selection.
- You actively cooperate with several departments and other key stakeholders within the company. You propose optimizations in processes and workflows where needed or when an opportunity arises.
- Have a critical view on the workings within the department and offer any advice to optimize collaboration between teams and team members. It is expected from you that all interaction among teams that you proposed are documented with the creation of SOPs or Working Instructions.
- Proactively follow up on shipments (tracking & recording milestones), both import and export and anticipate on potential problems, and you inform the client (external and CCL) accordingly, providing a daily follow-up regardless there is a status expected to happen with bonded transferred and with special requirements and needs.
- Guide and help the team with less experience.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- ADM, IR, Foreign trade, Economy or compatible University Degree
- Air Logistics Experience
- Advanced English skills
