Ni Lat Delivery Controller

**Brazil** **(Hybrid)** ***
- This position is part of LAT NI Delivery team, as part of the team, you will:

- Be the focal financial planner for LAT Delivery Head and the Customer Delivery Managers for LAT Markets.
- Work on financial inputs from all NI LAT projects, consolidating financial reports in systematic frequency by account, according to Delivery perspective and demands.
- Interface with CDMs, PMs, and people in sales, financial, logistics, and all supported areas from the local region

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The main responsibilities for this function include:

- Ensure PMview forecast information is aligned with our quality standards (Participation in Operational meetings).
- Monitor financial data and address potential risks/upsides when they arise to keep profitability (Identify and report Potential drops and Secure Orders and Sales alignment).
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance, maximizing the efficiency of all business procedures. (Perform Sanity Check on weekly forecasting)
- Maintain regular interactions with the Delivery Plan organization to ensure material demand meets our business needs (Meetings with DP leaders)
- Prepare financial reports in support of monthly/quarterly business review meetings with senior management (Create Landing Point reporting)
- Tracking operational results, performing analysis, and monitoring KPIs (Make Backlog vs Bookship reporting)

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- For this function, you must be versatile enough to balance supporting multiple initiatives and departments, dealing with on-demand requests and you must have:

- Graduation in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration with related experience in a similar position, with experience in business analysis and reporting.
- Domain of financial concepts such as revenue, cost, and margin; forecast practices and actual reporting validation.
- Principles of accountability, such as revenue recognition, cost provision, and deferral postings.
- Communications skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- High expertise in data analysis tools, at least Excel and Power BI, able to automate reports and processes.
- Adaptability, organizational awareness, and open communication
- High-level English skills and a Spanish good communication.

It would be nice if you also had:

- Experience in the Telecommunications market.
- Know-how in working with SAP (BW/BBP), PCube, Hyperion, and SAP P20.
