Along with our partner, we are seeking a mid-to-senior level Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer to join their team and take ownership of their core data layer, ensuring clean, accurate, and actionable datasets to support their finance, sales, and RevOps teams.

This role is focused on managing, enriching, and automating large datasets across Salesforce and other systems, driving efficiency and supporting a sales team focused on upscale luxury hotels and event spaces. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.

They will play a key role in enabling the team to identify and connect with the right contacts, streamline operations, and ensure the accuracy of customer and account records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the organization's core data infrastructure, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and actionable.
- Work with large datasets to identify and eliminate duplicates, enrich records, and accurately map contacts to accounts.
- Develop and maintain processes, workflows, and automations to streamline data ingestion and Salesforce data management.
- Guide internal stakeholders on best practices for using and structuring data within Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to deliver reliable datasets and strategic insights.
- Drive the methodology and project planning for all ongoing and future data initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or a similar data-focused role.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including hands-on experience manipulating large datasets, updating data models, and building reports/dashboards.
- Strong experience working with large data sets, deduplication, and data normalization.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting (Python preferred) for data manipulation and automation.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and explain data decisions to non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with data enrichment and workflow automation tools such as Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, or similar.
- Prior experience supporting Sales, RevOps, or operations teams.
- Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced, unstructured environment where processes are evolving.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

- You are self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable being the primary data owner.
- You enjoy creating clarity out of complexity.
- You are proactive and communicate clearly with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Benefits:

- A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
- The opportunity to join a data-driven company transforming hospitality sales through innovative analytics and automation.
- Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
- 10 paid days for local holidays.

- *Please note our partner is only looking for full-time dedicated team members who are eager to fully integrate within their team.
