Monthly salary: $5,800 - $6,500 USD

Along with our partner, we are seeking a Solutions Architect who will create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem. They design, describe, and manage the solution.

What You will Do:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The individual with this position at our partner company will be expected, on a regular basis, to:

- Act as the primary technical lead for new clients as well as existing client requests
- Consults with technical staff to evaluate the integration between hardware and software and the operational performance of requirements for a successful implementation
- Assist with projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, creating and maintaining scope documentation
- Maintains technical design documentation for software changes and development.
- Consults with customers concerning the technical design and development of software applications and modifications
- Ability to communicate internal deliverables and change requests to key stakeholders
- Maintains and enhances software applications and makes necessary modifications.
- Ability to analyze, design, and document system implementation changes for recently completed implementation projects
- Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project and coordination of the project team resources
- Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the implementation project
- Clearly communicate actions needed from all internal and external parties
- Understand the business impacts of issues and how they relate to IT-owned solutions

What You will Bring:

- A proven track record in successful implementation of technology solutions
- Customer-centered ideas; lead by example with confidence and trust
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple implementations/requests with ease
- A collaborative spirit to work well within team and other departments
- Experience with the following: freight rate and audit software, SQL, Jira and/or ticket management system

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions Architect or related.
- Experience with Smartsheet
- Experience with release processes and SDLC
- Experience delivering Freight Rate and Auditing software technical deliverables
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite
