Delivery Business Analysis and Performance Management(Brazil)

Location:
100% On site - Vila Olimpia, SP

Job Responsibilities:

1) Develop effective performance management and monitoring systems, promptly and accurately interpret business progress, attribute issues, and provide strategic recommendations;

2) Design reasonable performance evaluation systems for frontline teams based on business goals and strategic orientation, drive implementation, and guide support for achieving business objectives;

3) Lead special research and performance reviews on key topics, accumulate business insights, and continuously iterate the performance monitoring and evaluation systems.

Basic Job Requirements:

1) 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis preferred, with experience in operational analysis and target performance management;

2) High business acumen, excellent analytical skills, proficient in using data analysis tools like SQL, adept at identifying issues and proposing solutions from data;

3) Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively coordinating resources across departments to implement solutions;

4) Passion for international business, open-minded, and willing to accept overseas assignments in Brazil.
