Job Title: Technical Lead – Full Stack Developer

Industry: Fintech

Location: Remote

Contract: 6 Months

We’re partnering with an innovative fintech company that is launching an intuitive, scalable mobile app. They’re looking for a Technical Lead with strong full-stack expertise to guide development, set best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who not only thrives in hands-on coding with React, Node.js, and AWS but also enjoys mentoring, leading technical discussions, and shaping engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership across frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) development.
- Design, architect, and deliver robust, scalable web and mobile features.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
- Integrate third-party APIs and manage complex data flows.
- Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes on AWS.

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead.
- Strong expertise with React.js, Node.js, and AWS services .
- Excellent command of spoken and written English for cross-team communication.
- Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable system design.
- Hands-on experience with Git workflows, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native).
