Role Description

We're looking for a Backend Engineer to take ownership of a Salesforce integration, enabling a seamless bidirectional data flow between Salesforce and our client's core platform.

Required Qualifications

- Strong English communication, writing and verbal.
- 5–8+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally with Python (FastAPI or Flask) and AWS services.
- Strong experience integrating with Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming, or GraphQL).
- Understanding of OAuth2 flows, webhooks, and event-driven synchronization patterns.
- Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures, data security best practices, and rate limit management.
- Experience building resilient, scalable backend systems using cloud-native infrastructure (AWS Lambda, Databricks, DynamoDB, etc.).

Bonus Qualifications

- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange packaging or managed app development.
- Experience with other SaaS integrations (HubSpot, Gmail, Slack).
- Experience with data pipelines, enrichment, or analytics systems (We use Databricks)
- Previous startup or SaaS platform experience.
