Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead our local activities in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the performance of the local operational team.
- Manage and oversee daily work of local service providers (ISPs).
- Communicate with clients: resolve incidents, clarify needs, collect feedback to improve processes and product quality.
- Contribute to planning and monitor achievement of financial KPIs.
Requirements
- Legal residence in Brazil (Brazilian passport or valid residence permit).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English or Russian (mandatory)
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
Schedule
Full-time — flexibility required (24/7 operations environment 😉).
Compensation and benefits to be discussed based on experience.
