We're Hiring: Intralogistics Concept Engineer Are you passionate about designing the next generation of automated warehouse solutions? If so, we want you on our team About the Role As an Intralogistics Concept Engineer, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end automation concepts that optimize warehouse operations covering goods inbound, warehousing, picking, packing, checkout, outbound, and expedition. You'll transform operational requirements into smart, scalable, and efficient automation designs using state-of-the-art technologies such as:

- 4-way shuttles & multi-level storage systems
- CTO and mobile robotics platforms
- Robotic arms for pick & place operations
- AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots)
- AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles)
- Automated sortation systems

Your concepts will support key decision-making, cost analyses, layout creation, throughput simulations, and technical proposals for new projects. Responsibilities

- Develop intralogistics concepts for greenfield and brownfield warehouse operations
- Analyze client processes and define optimal automation flows
- Design layouts using robotics, shuttle systems, conveyors, and sortation technology
- Lead technical discussions with internal teams and external stakehders
- Support commercial teams with solution engineering during pre-sales phases
- Create presentations, technical documentation, and concept proposals
- Coordinate with simulation, software, and mechanical engineering teams to validate concepts

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar
- Experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, or solution engineering
- Knowledge of robotics, automated storage systems, or material flow technologies
- Strong analytical and layout-design skills (AutoCAD, 3D tools, or simulation software is a plus
- Ability to translate operational needs into practical automation architecture
- Strong communication and presentation ability
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
