The Head of Marketing is the executive leader responsible for the overall strategy, direction, and execution of all marketing activities within the region. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing efforts with the company's regional business objectives, enhancing brand visibility, driving revenue growth, and increasing customer acquisition and retention. The Head of Marketing ensures that the marketing department operates efficiently, innovates continuously, and supports the organization's goals to maintain a competitive edge in the IT security market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the company's overall marketing strategy, aligning it with business and long-term growth objectives. Lead the development of high-level marketing strategies for product, brand, demand generation, and customer retention together with the sales leadership.
- Team Leadership & Development: Ensure that the team is motivated, equipped with necessary skills, and aligned with the company's vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the MD, sales leadership, product teams, and customer success to ensure marketing strategies align with broader company objectives. Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on marketing strategies and performance.
- Brand Management & Positioning: Ensure the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Oversee the creation of messaging that resonates with target audiences and strengthens market position.
- Demand Generation & Lead Management: Oversee the development and execution of demand generation strategies to create a continuous pipeline of high-quality leads. Ensure alignment between marketing and sales to optimize lead nurturing, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Marketing Innovation: Drive continuous innovation in marketing strategies, channels, and tactics, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that enhance marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Develop the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to high-priority programs and initiatives. Monitor spending to ensure alignment with organizational goals and ROI expectations.
- Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing programs, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed. Provide regular reporting on marketing performance to the executive team.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Lead market research and competitive analysis efforts to inform marketing strategies and ensure that the company stays ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Corporate & External Communications: Oversee all corporate communications, public relations, and media outreach to ensure positive brand perception and consistent messaging across all public channels.

Required Experience & Skills:

Hard Skills:

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience : 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., VP of Marketing, Head of Marketing).
- Marketing Expertise : Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and market share.
- Leadership & Budget Management : Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large, complex marketing budgets.
- Marketing Specializations : Expertise in demand generation, content strategy, digital marketing, brand development, and customer retention.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Industry Experience : Experience in the IT security, SaaS, or B2B technology sectors.
- Certifications : Certification in marketing leadership, digital marketing, or data analytics.
- Language Skills : Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is desirable.
