SAP EPPM & Resource Management Consultant (Public Cloud)

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Contract Type: 1-year B2B, with strong possibility of permanent placement

Language: English (mandatory) — French is an added value

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP EPPM & Resource Management Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud , particularly in processes related to C4P (Customer for Projects) . You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing project management, resource planning, and project-related operational processes in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support implementations and enhancements in SAP EPPM on S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Configure and optimize Resource Management , workforce planning, and project staffing flows
- Integrate project operations with C4P and related Public Cloud modules
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP Public Cloud solutions
- Provide functional expertise, best practices, documentation, and user training
- Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support testing cycles, UAT sessions, and go-live/hypercare phases
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project portfolio management processes

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience as SAP consultant in EPPM , Resource Management , or Project Systems (PS)
- Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud configuration
- Experience with C4P / Project Collaboration / SAP Public Cloud for Projects is a strong plus
- Understanding of project financials, resource scheduling, and project lifecycle processes
- Ability to work in international teams; excellent communication skills in English
- French language skills are an added advantage
