Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience Researcher. The User Experience Researcher will conduct user research, apply design thinking methodologies, and employ analytical strategies to improve user interaction with digital platforms. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, design solutions, and influence the development of user-centered designs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in User Research and UX Research to gather, analyze, and interpret data for actionable insights
- In-depth understanding of Human-Computer Interaction principles for enhancing user interface and experience
- Strong Design Thinking capabilities for developing innovative, problem-solving approaches
- Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and pattern recognition
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearly
- Adaptability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Webflow is a plus
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in English - this is a key requirement
- Experience with Microsoft Clarity, Shopify Reports, Hotjar, Heatmaps & Screen Recordings
