Job Title: Lead .NET Developer

Location: Barueri, SP, Brazil (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and work closely with architecture, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end development of .NET-based applications, from design to production
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure coding standards are followed
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams
- Drive adoption of modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, cloud)
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance
- Ensure compliance with security, quality, and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in software development with strong focus on .NET technologies
- Expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET, Web API
- Strong experience with microservices architecture
- Proficiency in SQL Server and database design
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred) or AWS
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Front-end exposure (Angular, React, or similar)
- Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Background in enterprise or large-scale systems

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
