Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented BD Manager to develop and maintain relationships with partners and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with potential customers and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Extensive network and strong resource connections in local market (top KOLs, community leaders, etc.), with a proven track record of successful cases.
- Have verifiable trading volume on another exchange.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the crypto exchange industry.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners to showcase our products and services.

Job Requirements:

- Have knowledge of futures trading and spot trading.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of the crypto exchange industry and market trends.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish / Portuguese.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
