About the Position:

The Project Finance and M&A Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth across LATAM by performing advanced financial analysis, developing robust financial models, and assisting in the structuring and execution of complex transactions. Working closely with the Project Finance and M&A team, this role provides analytical, strategic, and execution support throughout the transaction lifecycle — from origination and due diligence to closing and portfolio management.

- Project Structuring & Execution – Understands the legal, technical, and financial components of project finance structures; effectively contributes to transaction execution from term sheet to financial close.

- Results Orientation – Drives deliverables to completion with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and value creation.

- Leadership & Mentoring – Provides guidance to junior members, reviews work outputs, and helps raise the overall quality of the team’s deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project finance, M&A, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, VBA).
- Experience in cross-border transactions within LATAM markets.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of complex workstreams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical results to financial stakeholders.
