We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial
Account Executive
who is autonomous, creative, and enterprising to join our team. This is a financially rewarding opportunity with a highly competitive compensation structure – uncapped commission. If you can source and qualify leads effectively, you'll make a lot of money.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets
Expand revenue originated from existing accounts
Create new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Close inbound leads
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Leverage our existing network to get referrals
Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends.
Become an expert in the staffing industry.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Native-like English level
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and effectively manage time.
A proactive mindset: always pursuing your next goal.
Motivated by commission and career growth.
Track record of exceeding quota as SDR.
