· Maintaining high standards of DATA QUALITY, ACCURACY, AND COMPLETENESS, with a strong focus on productivity and timeliness.

· Updating and managing data within the organization’s proprietary platforms, ensuring alignment with business rules and client-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

· Monitoring and reporting on data update performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

· Participating in regular audits and quality checks to uphold data integrity and compliance standards.

· Supporting process documentation and contributing to the continuous improvement of data management workflows.

· Becoming a subject matter expert on the internal tools and systems used for data updates, and providing feedback for enhancements.

· Managing a high volume of data tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

[- Pharma Domain preferred

- Strong drive for action, adaptability (fast-paced environment)

- Tech savvy and hungry to improve technical skills

- Humble person with good interpersonal skills

- Ability to identify the root cause of a problem and quickly solve to ensure customer delight
