Estamos em busca de um(a) Product Owner de Canais Digitais que queira ir além das funcionalidades tradicionais, conectando estratégia, produto digital, comportamento humano e tecnologia para garantir experiências fluidas, confiáveis e de alta qualidade.
Buscamos alguém que curta mergulhar nos detalhes do produto e da tecnologia, entendendo como nossos apps e serviços se conectam, como decisões técnicas impactam a jornada do usuário e como informações operacionais ajudam a direcionar o roadmap.
Você vai atuar de forma transversal com times de Produto, Tech, Negócios e Riscos, traduzindo problemas em requisitos claros, priorizando backlog, definindo visão e garantindo que as soluções evoluam de forma consistente. No dia a dia, isso inclui participar ativamente do ciclo de releases dos aplicativos mobile, entendendo impactos por versão, estratégias de rollout e garantindo a qualidade das entregas.
Requisitos
• Inglês fluente
• Espanhol é um diferencia
• Certificação PSPO I, CSPO ou SAFe PO/PM
• Experiência com produtos digitais (apps/web) em ambientes de alta escala
• Conforto para discutir soluções com times de tecnologia (APIs, integrações, arquitetura, observabilidade, performance, etc.)
• Conhecimento prático de release train / gestão de versões em aplicativos mobile (Android/iOS), incluindo planejamento de releases, rollout e uso de feature flags
