NOF Metal Coatings South America, a leading multinational in anti-corrosion coating solutions for various industrial applications, is entering a new growth phase in the Brazilian and South American markets. With over 45 years of local presence and the distinction of being the only player in the sector with local production, we are now seeking a Technical Sales Professional to join our team and support the development of new markets while strengthening relationships with our existing customers.
The Role
Reporting to the local Sales Manager, the Technical Sales Professional will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, supporting licensees and clients, and aligning business development efforts with our strategic growth objectives. The position offers career development opportunities, including the possibility of assuming managerial responsibilities within approximately five years.
Interviews will be conducted exclusively in English. Fluency in Spanish or French will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and licensees.
- Drive business development initiatives across Brazil and South America, focusing on new markets and sectors.
- Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers on certification processes (PPAP) and ensure technical requirements are met.
- Provide commercial and technical support to licensees for new business opportunities.
- Work closely with international technical-commercial teams to align strategies and share best practices.
- Support backlog management and order follow-up for licensees.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in the industrial or chemical sector.
- Strong background in the automotive industry, preferably with certification/PPAP processes or special coatings/chemical products.
- Fluent English (oral and written) is mandatory; Spanish or French is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering, or in Business Administration.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating across international teams.

- Availability for short business trips within Brazil and South America.
- Ambition to grow into managerial responsibilities within five years.
