Were seeking a skilled MidLevel AI Technology Integration Developer to join our team. In this role, youll design, implement, and optimize AIpowered automation solutions that enhance business productivity and workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between advanced AI technologies and practical business applications, working closely with stakeholders to deliver seamless AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies based on business requirements;
Customize and deploy AI solutions that align with specific business user workflows;
Contribute to the development of proprietary AI applications when needed;
Design and implement AIbased automation processes to enhance productivity;
Integrate AI technologies with existing business systems and workflows;
Provide technical deployment support for AI agents and platforms;
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges;
Translate technical concepts into businessfriendly language and training;
Gather and incorporate business user feedback for continuous improvement;
Implement AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible technology use;
Document solutions and develop user training materials;
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications

Solid experience in software engineering, systems integration, or AI implementation;
Strong programming skills with proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java;
Experience implementing AIML technologies in business environments;
Demonstrated ability to integrate different systems and technologies;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders;
English advanced.

Nice to have:

Experience with major AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI);
Knowledge of automation technologies and workflow optimization;
Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI principles;
Background in business process optimization or digital transformation;
Experience training or enabling business users on new technologies.
