Meta Media Buyer

We’re not looking for someone who just follows orders. We want a thinker who can quickly turn new customers into profit. If you’ve profitably scaled DR e-commerce campaigns into 6–7 figures monthly and can edit video ads that convert, this role is about precision, speed, and owning every dollar spent.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and scale Meta campaigns
- Design and run testing frameworks for creatives, offers, and audiences.
- Edit and optimize performance-focused ad creatives (UGC cutdowns, product demos, VSL hooks/sequences).
Note: Experience with AI tools for video and image generation is a big plus.
- Diagnose and solve performance issues across ads, offers, and funnels.
- Translate numbers into clear insights for copywriters, designers, and strategists.
- Run campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands simultaneously, each with unique products, funnels, and KPIs.
- Scale while protecting business metrics: ROAS, ACOS, MER
What We're Looking For
- Proven record scaling 6–7 figure monthly ad spends profitably on Meta.
- Experience in video editing for direct response ads (UGC, hooks, VSLs, demo reels).
- Advanced knowledge of tracking, attribution, and CAPI.
- Direct response mindset, thinking in hooks, angles, and funnels.
- Able to tie paid media directly to business outcomes: profitability, cash flow, sustainable scaling.
- Clear, confident communicator. No jargon, just results.
- Ownership mentality: proactive, adaptable, accountable.

- Obsession with vanity metrics over business outcomes.
- Excuses or “blaming the algorithm” instead of problem-solving.
