Looking for a media buyer who scaled campaigns to $10-100k/day in the last 12 months, either on Google or the Meta ads platform (other networks are welcome too) You'll completely own one channel and do mostly technical media buying, including: - Write copy/hooks. - Create videos with Sora2/Veo3. - Create images in Canva. - Setting up campaigns - Setting up pixels/offers/networks in Clickflare - Manage budgets/bid caps - Work with the creative team to keep the consistent creative output and allocation of creative by offer. - Create landing pages in GHL. Who you are: - A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done. - Adaptable and resilient, able to juggle multiple priorities effortlessly. - Experience managing $100k/mo+ budgets in affilate marketing - Experience in either of these niches: Home services, Insurance, Ecommerce (VSL) - Match our core values: Core values of Adsora: Resourcefulness: Find creative ways to solve problems independently with minimal resources. Kind, not nice. You’re not kind to someone if you’re not maximizing the likelihood that they succeed in their role. Provide feedback to your team members even if it feels painful in the short term. What matters is that they improve long-term, and everyone in the company benefits. If they don’t improve, it’s bad for them and the company. Call them out privately. Remind them of the mission and the consequences of their actions to everyone. Growth Mindset: It’s ok to fail and make mistakes. Learn from them. Improve. Never repeat them. And innovate without fear of blame. Focus on understanding rather than execution. Full ownership: Act as if you own the business /project you’re working on. The life of the project and the company depends on you. Starting salary: $3k/month base + 10-15% team profit share based on KPIs (quarterly). Has the potential to make $10k+/mo.
