We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Five9 Engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex contact center workflows, IVRs, and scripting for multi-site deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize large-scale Five9 workflows, including custom IVRs and scripts tailored to unique business requirements.
- Lead the technical deployment of multi-contact center systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Customer Support) to identify and address business needs.
- Maintain compliance with E911 regulations while implementing solutions for emergency response systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Five9 platform performance or configuration.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers, sharing best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with Five9, including configuring workflows, IVRs, and custom scripts.
- Proven track record of successful implementations for multi-contact center deployments.
- Strong knowledge of E911 emergency response systems. Experience working with RedSky would be a plus
- Hands-on experience with system integrations (e.G., CRM platforms, third-party APIs).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud environments and infrastructure design.
- Familiarity with VoIP, SIP protocols, and telecommunications systems.
- Certification in Five9 technologies or equivalent.
- Medical/hospital.
- CRM/Epic Experience.
- Verint/WVM/WFO experience.
- IVA experience.
- Outbound dialing experience a big plus
