Discover the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive M365 and IAM Engineer to manage, secure, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment and Identity & Access Management systems, On-Prem and Azure Active directory, Pas Services.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with M365 services, Azure Active Directory, and IAM tools, ensuring secure and seamless access to enterprise resources.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration:

- Manage and support M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.

- Team Telephony

- Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance features (DLP, ATP, Conditional Access, etc.).

- Monitor service health, usage, and performance;
troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Identity & Access Management (IAM):

- Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.

- Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem applications.

- Manage lifecycle of user identities and access rights across systems.

- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance.

- ADFS

Security & Compliance:

- Collaborate with security teams to enforce identity governance and data protection policies.

- Respond to security incidents related to identity and access.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in M365 administration and IAM.

- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and M365 security features.

- Experience with IAM tools

- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
