A Arbitralis busca uma pessoa de marketing com olhar de produto e força visual — alguém organizado, crítico e que usa IA como parte natural do processo criativo e operacional.

O que você vai fazer1. Estratégia e Jornada

- Entender profundamente nosso ICP
- Desenhar jornadas claras que orientem mensagens e iniciativas

2. Conteúdo e Canais

- Criar e operar nossos principais canais: LinkedIn, newsletter e blog
- Produzir conteúdos que apoiem social selling e construção de autoridade

3. Design e Materiais Visuais

- Criar peças, apresentações e layouts no Figma/Canva
- Garantir consistência visual e narrativa em todos os pontos de contato

4. IA e Automação

- Construir automações e fluxos inteligentes com IA
- Testar hipóteses, documentar processos e medir resultados

5. Apoio Estratégico

- Contribuir com campanhas, parcerias, eventos e iniciativas de autoridade

Quem estamos buscando

- 2 a 5 anos em Produto, UX/UI, Growth, Marketing ou áreas híbridas
- Organização forte, comunicação clara e pensamento crítico
- Habilidade visual acima da média
- Facilidade com ferramentas digitais e no-code
- Uso real e frequente de IA no dia a dia
- Mentalidade de produto aplicada ao marketing

Diferenciais

- Experiência com automações (n8n, Make, Zapier)
- Criação de páginas (Figma/Webflow)
- Noções de SEO
- Vivência em SaaS, legaltech, fintech ou B2B
