Join inDrive as our Drivers Verification Supervisor for Brazil and play a key role in leading and supporting the OCS team to ensure efficient, high-quality processing. This position focuses on performance management, process optimization, and team development.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and performance targets.
- Use data and analytics to monitor Online Checkout Specialists' (OCSs) performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of OCSs' work through regular audits and feedback sessions.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing development support for new and existing OCSs.
- Supervise and oversee daily operations of the OCS team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor compliance with production discipline, internal policies, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and present performance and quality reports for management review.
- Respond to staff inquiries, offering guidance, feedback, and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes, boost productivity, and maintain high employee motivation.
- Communicate updates on policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring the team remains informed and compliant.
What we expect from you:
- Strong understanding of departmental KPIs and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in PC operations and confident use of office software.
- Solid experience with Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive).
- Proven management skills, including strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership abilities.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Translation skills or knowledge of additional languages (a plus).
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
