Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager at Mosaic Puzzles. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's project portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery. They will also be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise.

Role Responsibilities

- Run and oversee project management and program management functions across the entire company
- Manage business operations internal to the organization
- Manage trade shows and holiday market events (staffing, logistics, planning)
- Travel to the United States as needed for trade shows and events
- Run annual and quarterly planning for the company
- Set the pace and ensure all stakeholders are accountable to timelines
- Determine departmental KPIs for annual and quarterly goal setting

Qualifications

- Project Management, Program Management, and Team Leadership skills
- Strategic Planning and Decision-Making abilities
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Cost benefit analysis skills
- Analytical skills
- Design skills a plus
- Risk Management and Problem-Solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
- 7-15 years of project management experience
