About the project

Together with our customer, we are redefining how healthcare providers and patients navigate the cost of prescription medications. As a leading Health IT company, we empower point-of-care decision-making with real-time drug cost transparency. Our distributed engineering team builds modern, scalable solutions using technologies like .NET 8/C#, PostgreSQL, and React to improve outcomes and reduce healthcare expenses.

Position Summary

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend API development to help lead mission-critical software initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited for someone passionate about architecting and implementing robust systems in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and full-stack web applications using .NET 8/C#, PostgreSQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Work across the full development stack, including frontend, backend, and QA support.
- Build scalable solutions that integrate with multiple external APIs and handle large volumes of transactions.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to proof-of-concept and prototype efforts that drive innovation and transform healthcare systems.

Technical Qualifications

- 7+ years of software development experience with object-oriented technologies (.NET, C#).
- 5+ years of experience in relational data modeling (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Expertise in developing high-performance backend APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
- 2+ years of frontend development with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Bootstrap).
- Familiarity with Redux (preferred).
- Proficient with GitHub, Visual Studio, and the Microsoft development ecosystem.
- Agile software development experience.

Preferred Experience

- Experience integrating modern UIs with legacy systems.
- Proven track record building high-throughput, high-transaction systems.
- Prior background in healthcare technology.
