Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trust and Safety Analyst, based in Sao Paolo with the option for some remote work. The Trust and Safety Analyst will be responsible for monitoring online platforms, moderating content, analyzing potential risks, and ensuring compliance with policies. Daily responsibilities include investigating reports of violations or harmful activities, implementing processes to enhance user safety, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve platform trust and safety standards.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years experience in working for TnS.
- Proficiency in Policy Analysis and Risk Management
- Experience with Content Moderation, Online Community Management, and Incident Management
- Strong Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Excellent Communication, Empathy, and Stakeholder Collaboration Skills
- Technical Literacy and Familiarity with Online Reporting Systems
- Fluency in English and Portugese
- Experience in trust and safety operations, law enforcement, or online community management is a plus
- Familiarity with global internet policies and regulations is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Communications, Law, or related field preferred
