Sr. Operations Officer — Family Office Hedge Fund

We're seeking a hands-on, Sr. Operations Officer with deep Brazilian and international market finance experience to work on the operating stack (Daily P&L, risk, treasury, and counterparty management).
What you'll do
- Lead trading ops: trade capture, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations
- Own Daily P&L/NAV, attribution, KPIs and ROE tracking
- Oversee counterparty risk, limits, margining, incident remediation
- Negotiate ISDA/CSA, PB/FCM docs and credit/leverage lines (TRS, repo, FX)
- Run treasury (cash, collateral, funding, FX) and drive automation (STP)
- Manage vendors (admin, auditors, custodians, PBs) and a lean team
What you bring
- 10–15+ yrs in hedge fund/AM/prop ops with global markets exposure
- Proven ISDA/CSA and leverage negotiation with international counterparties
- Strong counterparty risk expertise and managerial analysis mindset
- Technical: Advanced Excel, Power BI, and programming (Python/VBA/SQL)
- OMS/PMS familiarity; Enfusion is a strong plus
- Fluent English: Portuguese, French is a plus; on-site in São Paulo
