Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Rio de Janeiro. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding support
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT hiring needs
- Negotiate offers and support the hiring and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS systems
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for local and regional Brazilian markets
- Experience working in staffing, consulting, or technology companies
- Familiarity with remote and hybrid hiring models
