Hotel Inspector

About the Role:

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Auditors with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail to evaluate restaurant/Hotels operations and customer experience. In this role, you will visit designated restaurants/hotel anonymously, assess specific service and quality standards, and provide detailed reports based on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct undercover visits to restaurants & Hotels as a typical customer.
- Evaluate and document various aspects of the dining experience, including:

- Customer service quality
- Cleanliness and ambiance
- Food presentation and taste
- Staff behavior and knowledge
- Compliance with brand standards and protocols
- Accurately complete detailed evaluations and submit reports within specified timelines.
- Adhere to assignment-specific instructions and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications:

- Strong observational and writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain objective.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and protocols.
- Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or auditing is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone or camera.
- Willingness to travel locally for assignments.
