Junior Recruiter

Location: 4 days On-site – Al. Rio Negro, 503 – Alphaville Industrial, Barueri – SP, 06454-000

Type: Contract

What You'll Do:

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions
- Update and maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Conduct reference checks when needed
- Help organize and participate in job fairs and campus hiring events
- Support employer branding activities (social media posts, career page updates, etc.)
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and dashboards

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration or related fields (recent graduates welcome)
- First experience in recruitment or HR (internships count)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems is a plus
