The Role

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you’ll act as both an engineer and consultant — supporting, optimizing, and automating large-scale public cloud environments across Azure and AWS.

This is not a traditional support role — you’ll have direct customer interaction, ownership of infrastructure automation, and the freedom to solve complex challenges creatively.

You’ll work on:

- Supporting and optimizing enterprise-scale Azure and AWS environments
- Building automation frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps principles
- Proactive governance and cost optimization reviews using Cloud Insights (Flexera CloudCheckr)
- Designing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep)
- Advising customers on modernization, containers (AKS/EKS), and cloud-native adoption
- Collaborating with Product and Professional Services teams on new initiatives and deployments

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years’ experience as a Cloud Engineer / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer
- Strong hands-on expertise in Azure OR AWS (ideally both)
- Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS) and cloud-native services (App Services, Lambda, etc.)
- Understanding of networking, hybrid connectivity, and governance best practices
- Exposure to automation tools such as Ansible, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in a customer-facing or MSP environment
- Fluent English communication skills
