Post Production Operations Specialist
Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)
Contract: FTE - aprox 12 months
We are looking for a Specialist, Post Services to support world-class theatrical presentations, screenings, and post-production workflows across LATAM region. This role partners closely with filmmakers, creative teams, and technology groups to ensure an exceptional review and screening experience — from early cuts to final delivery.
What you'll do:
- Facilitate screenings, reviews, and technical sessions in theaters, lounges, and review rooms
- Ensure presentation quality through calibration, testing, and troubleshooting (audio, color, projection)
- Manage content workflows including ingest, review, delivery, and archiving
- Support cloud-based media tools and provide remote editorial assistance
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and creative teams to improve tools, workflows, and services
- Serve as a trusted technical partner to filmmakers and studio stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in post-production, exhibition, or studio environments
- Strong knowledge of post-production workflows, theatrical presentation, and digital cinema standards
- Experience with tools such as Avid, ProTools, DaVinci Resolve, and professional projection/audio systems
- Solid understanding of audio/video signal flow, file formats, and calibration processes
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Client-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
