Full-Stack Flutter Developer
Remote – Latin America
subQdocs.ai is building the next-generation medical software platform for dermatology practices in the U.S. Our product automates clinical documentation, coding, and workflows — and our Flutter app is at the core of how doctors interact with it.
We’re a small, fast-moving start-up (U.S.-based, well-funded) with a LATAM engineering team , and we’re looking for a Full-Stack Flutter Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves working with cutting-edge tech.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain our cross-platform Flutter app , with a tablet-first design and a slimmed-down phone experience.
- Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL .
- Design and optimize APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance.
- Work closely with LATAM engineers and collaborate directly with data scientists who are experts in the field .
- Use agentic coding tools and modern AI-driven workflows to speed up development and improve quality.
- Ship features quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
- Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, performance, and scaling.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter/Dart .
- Strong Flutter framework knowledge (state management, widgets, performance).
- Proficiency with Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL , including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile development.
- Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking technical English (at least medium level).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Knowledge of push notifications or background task handling.
- Prior work in healthcare or other regulated industries.
