Responsabilidades:

- Projetar e desenvolver soluções baseadas em GenAI e LLMs com ferramentas como Langchain e pipelines RAG.
- Aplicar técnicas de engenharia de prompts e frameworks baseados em agentes para criar soluções inteligentes e contextuais.
- Colaborar com o time de engenharia para definir e evoluir o roadmap técnico de iniciativas com LLMs.
- Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções escaláveis e prontas para produção.
- Trabalhar em parceria com especialistas de negócio e times de dados para garantir aderência dos modelos aos casos reais.
- Participar de discussões de arquitetura, revisões de código e otimizações de performance.

Requisitos Técnicos:

- Domínio em Python , Langchain e SQL .
- Conhecimento profundo sobre LLMs: tuning de prompts, embeddings, bancos vetoriais e fluxos com agentes.
- Background sólido em engenharia de software ou machine learning com visão sistêmica.
- Experiência com AWS , Azure ou GCP .
- Perfil colaborativo, com autonomia e excelente comunicação.
- Inglês avançado/fluente para conversação

Diferenciais:

- Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência prática com LLMs e GenAI.
- Vivência em pipelines de produtos de IA ou deploys fim a fim.
- Familiaridade com práticas de MLOps e padrões escaláveis de deploy.
- Experiência em projetos com clientes ou times multifuncionais de IA.
