Denodo Administrator / Support Engineer
Location: Remote – Brazil
Type: Full Time Contract (CLT)
Salary: R$15.000-18.000 per month (BRL)
Shift: 1:00-10:00pm BRT

Required Skills:
- 6-7+ years of experience within Denodo
- Incident and Change Management Experience
- Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management experience
- Experience with disaster recovery testing
- Experience with Code Review, Code Optimization and Platform Promotions
- Excellent communication skills in English
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Denodo Administrator/Support Engineer to join their analytics team sitting remotely. Responsibilities will include:
- Denodo Administrative Support
- Business As Usual Support
- Technical Infrastructure Management
- Help/Share Best Practices with Developers
- POC on New Feature/Functionality/Changes
- Denodo Landscape Monitoring (system monitoring during business hours and weekends from 5 AM to 5 PM PST)
- Planned Downtime Support (twice a month for windows patching activity)
- Incident and Change Management
- Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management
- Service Level Reporting (SLR) /Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR)
- Report Promotions
- Code Review, Code Optimization and Platform Promotions
- Data Sources Creation, Base view Creation/Refresh, Role Assignment, Service Account Creation/Setup, Implementation of Row/Column level security
- System/Platform Upgrade Support
- Vendor Coordination (collaboration with SAP vendor for standard SAP related issues)
- Disaster Recovery Testing
