Hey there We're Uitify, a creative design studio delivering premium UI/UX and branding for early-stage SaaS startups in the US. We help founders turn vision into beautifully functional design. What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Lead UI/Visual who's ready to roll up their sleeves and build high-converting, visually stunning websites. You'll own web projects from idea to execution, working closely with founders, marketers, and our internal design team. If you're a Framer expert, know how to design for impact, and care about both beauty and usability—we want you. This is a very hands on role
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients to understand goals and translate them into compelling web experiences;
- Work closely with UI and branding to ensure cohesion across touchpoints;
- Guide the team to build landing pages, homepages, product pages, and more;
- Help evolve andmaintain web design systems and components;
- Create ideas tooptimize sites for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility;
- Stay on top of design trends and share what you learn with the team.
What You'll Bring
- Strong English skills (you'll be in calls with US clients);
- 10+ years of experience in Web Design/UI, especially for SaaS or tech;
- 3+ years managing teams;
- Killer portfolio with websites that show your visual and technical chops;
- Solid knowledgeof Framer (must-have), Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop;
- A passion for sleek, clean, and functional design;
- Ability to manage your time and deadlines independently.
Bonus points for:
- UX background;
- Motion design or video editing (even basic);
- Experience working with developers or low-code tools like Webflow.
