Exadel , a global digital engineering and consulting company, is seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong blend of Account Management and New Business Development experience within the Financial Services sector . The ideal candidate will manage strategic existing accounts while identifying and closing new revenue opportunities across banking, insurance, fintech, asset management, and other financial institutions in LATAM. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven individual with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Growth

- Manage and expand relationships with existing Financial Services clients across LATAM.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on retention, upselling, and long-term growth.
- Partner with delivery, product, and leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction.

New Business Development

- Prospect, network, and identify new opportunities within the region.
- Drive a balanced mix of farming (existing accounts) and hunting (new logos).
- Position company solutions effectively based on client needs, industry dynamics, and market trends.
- Lead the full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closing, engaging with C-level and Director-level decision makers.

Sales Execution & Forecasting

- Deliver accurate sales forecasting (TCV, order bookings).
- Maintain a disciplined, data-driven approach to pipeline management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and relevant financial forums.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, consulting, outsourcing, or financial services solutions .
- Proven track record of managing accounts and generating new business in the LATAM financial sector .
- Strong client connections across banking, insurance, fintech, and asset management .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple accounts with ambitious growth targets.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
- Understanding of LATAM financial regulatory environments is an advantage.
